STEP 1. Click the button 'Create your song now'. Choose how you'd like to receive your song, make your payment and in a few minutes you'll receive a questionnaire (please check your junk/spam folders for this, just in case). We'll ask you about the person, the occasion and all the little details that make the story special.
STEP 2. Once you've completed your questionnaire, simply return it to us and we'll take the stories, memories, laughs and little moments that make someone special, and turn them into a personal song they’ll never forget.
STEP 3. We'll send you the audio file (or keepsake USB gift box, if that's what you've ordered) of the finished song.

I started my little business when I got stung buying my own personalised song. I paid for something that was utter rubbish! It arrived in minutes, the name pronunciation was wrong, the lyrics were awful and the song literally stopped mid-way through a verse. To say I was not impressed, is polite!
When I contacted the company, guess what?......crickets, tumbleweed, absolutely no response whatsoever!

What exactly will I receive?
We offer 2 ways to receive your MP3 audio file. We can send it to you in an email or WhatsApp (£67), or for an extra special gift we can upload it onto a USB (£97) and send this to you in a beautiful gift box to treasure forever (and it's beautifully wrapped so you don't have to do this bit either!)
Do you use AI?
Yes. Our song generation is AI assisted. However I do not rely on it. Every lyric, pronunciation and melody is checked thoroughly before we send it to you. A personalised song is something truly special and it absolutely has to be perfect!
When will I receive the song?
Your DRAFT audio file is usually sent within 3 working days of receiving your Song Story Form. At busier times of the year, this may be up to 7 working days. USB keepsakes should arrive a few working days after we've confirmed your FINAL version. If you need a song urgently, please do contact me and I will do my best to meet your deadline.
Can I change the lyrics or melody if they're not quite right?
Yes absolutely. When you listen to your song, make a note of any changes you'd like made and send them to me via the online form you'll receive. The cost of your song includes 1 round of revision, so make sure you list everything so as not to incur additional charges.
Can I request the genre/melody of the song?
Yes, of course. There's a section on the questionnaire where you can list all your requirements.
Who owns the copyright and can I use the song commercially?
With the purchase of our songs, you have a full Commercial Use License. This gives you legal rights to share the song publicly, upload it to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube and even use it in commercial advertisements or video without owing us any royalties. Because the audio recording and musical composition are assisted using Artificial Intelligence, your song does not hold copyright protection. You can use and monetise the song however you like, completely worry-free. However, because it lacks a registered copyright, you cannot legally stop someone else from using or copying the specific audio track if they happen to find it.
